Payment or Purchase Order # is required at time of registration. Substitution of attendees may be made up to and during registration of first day of class. You are responsible for payment unless cancellation or transfer to another class is received 15 business days prior to class. The cancellation notice must be received in writing by either e-mailing BIST office at eg3372@ozanam.org or by FAX 816.508.3797. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the BIST Office at 816.508.3652. Persons with disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations must contact the BIST office 48 hours prior to the event.
